2. Who Needs a FibroScan?

 4. What to Expect During the Procedure
The FibroScan test is quick and straightforward:
– Positioning: You’ll lie on your back with your right arm raised above your head.
– Ultrasound Gel: A water-based gel is applied to your skin to help transmit the ultrasound waves.
– Scanning: A small probe is placed on your abdomen, over your liver. You might feel a slight vibration, but there is no pain.

Follow Up Fibroscan
